NOTE:

Model is the ever-nice =DanHeffer-Stock.

Why I named this Corry, is because I offered to draw someone's character. She said that he had, "an open face." A few of her sketches really reminded me of this fellow, and on further discussion, the fact Corry likes to wear hoodies came up...And =DanHeffer-Stock just happened to have the perfect pose in one.

It's been a while since I've drawn anything. I can't draw anything without a reference anymore, which makes me sad--but it's my own fault for not practicing.

OMG GUYS LOOK A BACKGROUND LULZ

EDIT: Adding more detail as I go. Toottoot.

Fantastic work, here! I have to say that this really reminds me of Corry, especially in the eyes. I think the jaw might be a little strong from what I see in my head, but since he's not really my character, I can't really make determinations about that. :D

However, this piece is very, very amazing! Kudos to you!

Thank you very much. And you may be right about the jaw entirely, I don't know for sure because she was really awesome in, "oh, just draw whatever :p" I found a reference that I thought suited--but since I don't get the chance to role play with the character to better affix him in my mind, this is how it came out.

And god damn--you have a great gallery too. Lookit all these talented people I've found!

Well, Cor's a writing charrie, not a RP charrie, but I think he looks very much like himself. Just a different style than my usual comic-bookish look for him. You nailed an expression that is very much him, and I really love it. I don't think his jaw is too strong myself, if only because I tend to draw him with a heavy jawline, too -- he's wiry, but gets more powerful with age (though remains more tall/leanish), and I can easily see this being him in his late twenties or so.
Thanks! I'm really glad you like my vision of him! :D

I only have a mental picture of Corry, and the ones Steff drew (aside from the doodle I did,) so I think your vision is just excellent. I can't complain too much. :D

Also, thanks for the compliment -- it's hard for me to not be fickle about my own art, but it really helps to have people like you and Steff around to inspire me!
